Leak Detection & Repair
Are you constantly adding water to your pool? Then you may have a leak on your hands. Perfect Pool are experts in leak detection and repair.
Here is a simple test to see if your pool is really leaking or if it’s just evaporation. Fill the pool to the top of the tiles. Fill a 5 gallon bucket with pool water about 3-4 inches from the top. Place the bucket on first or second step of the pool (preferably the second step without immersing it). Then with a pencil, crayon or electrical tape, mark the water level on inside of bucket. Shut off your pump and mark the pool level on the outside of the bucket. Resume normal pump operation. Make sure the auto/manual fill valve is off during test and don’t add in any more water. After 24 hours, compare the two levels. If the pool water (outside mark) goes down more than the inside, you have a leak and you should call Perfect Pool™ as soon as possible to locate and repair the leak.
Leaky pools left un-repaired will lead to more expensive problems like cracks in the concrete deck and warping of pavers, not to mention the waste of countless gallons of water. Don’t delay!
